LIFE AND
SELF-LEADERSHIP
COACHING
"It is about self-leadership, not about perfectionism. It goes beyond understanding who you are, who you want to be, and how you envision your life (areas) or accomplish your goals. It is about maturity: growing resilience and the ability to develop and use your skills and resources in such a way that you are able to act differently than you have been doing.
It is about taking ownership of your life and responsibility for your decisions."
Linda Milun
Self-leadership Coaching and Life Coaching are collaborative processes created to empower you to take ownership of your personal and professional development, learn self-management, improve your overall well-being, and enhance your quality of life.

Many consider Self-Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching to be two completly different things. The reasoning for that is:
The former is focusing mainly on you knowing, understanding and leading yourself. The latter targets mostly your well-being, situational factors and lifestyle.
However, often these two are walking hand in hand as they impact one another significantly and cannot be fully separated. As both Coaching Domains overlap there may be similarities, nevertheless, in my Coaching Practice I respect the wishes and desires of my clients: We only work and focus on what you want to work on.
What is it?
With this awareness in mind, what exactly does it entail?
Coaching is a manifold, therefore I will give you here a brief inside view. It involves cultivating the skills, mindset, and behaviours necessary to lead yourself effectively and create your life actively and intentionally. This includes e.g. uncovering and unlearning limiting beliefs, creating a work-life balance, improving your communication and listening skills and knowing your core values.
I will help you to e.g. set clear goals, develop self-awareness, empower you to identify your strengths, values, and aspirations, improve your decision-making abilities, set healthy boundaries, and take proactive steps towards achieving your goals.

It incorporates techniques such as goal-setting, time management, self-reflection, and accountability to help you reach your full potential and achieve desired outcomes in various aspects of your life, while also providing you support to overcome obstacles and create actionable plans for growth and success.
What is the difference to therapy?
Unlike therapy, which often delves into past traumas and mental health issues, life coaching primarily focuses on the present and future, helping clients maximize their potential and create positive change in various areas of their lives, including relationships, career, health, and personal development
